Basa Body Coconut Oil Body Lotion Review & Giveaway

I was recently given the fantastic opportunity to review some of Basa Body's Coconut Oil Body Lotion. Let me just say, this stuff is pretty darn amazing! I fully intend on buying another bottle, because I'm almost out. I love how soft and smooth my skin feels I've used it, and I also LOVE the coconut smell.

But, even though it made my skin soft and good smelling, what I loved the most about it was that it's made from virgin, organic, coconut oil that is produced by hand by women in Kenya.

Basa Body came across these women who were working to feed their families at a small enterprise called Coast Coconut Farms in Kenya. After meeting these women and being inspired by all their hard work (have YOU ever tried to get oil from a coconut??) and determination,  they decided to help them grow their business and bring their story to the world. In fact, the name of the company comes from the town of Mombasa, Kenya, where all the fabulous coconut oil is produced.

Basa Body continues to help these women by providing stable income and employment for them at Coast Coconut Farms as well as donating 10% of their profits to humanitarian projects in Kenya.

So not only are you getting a fabulous lotion that is completely organic, you are also helping out the people of Kenya in many ways.
