I finished this book the other day. It was good. Not one of my favorites by the author. She has some books that are MUCH better.
This book was about these people who all live in the same apt building on star street in Dublin, Ireland. You basically follow these peoples lives and their search to find love (love=planet=venus=brightest star in the sky). The people in the book are really skippy. Like they go everywhere in their search to find "the one" and even people you think are perfect for each other in the book have hidden secrets that you find out by the end. I thought alot of it was border lining on soap operaish. Only because it seems like these revelations seem to be coming out of nowhere. i think its mostly the person that the book is wrote in.
One thing I reallllyyy liked about the book(and Marian Keyes in general) is the great sense of humor. There is ALOT of humor in the book and i really liked it. I love books like this to be funny, like a romantic comedy. Love it.
Anyway, it was a good book but Marian Keyes definitely has some better ones under her belt.
